I’m Cassie, a therapist with a calm, grounded approach to personal change.  My work is centred on understanding behaviour at a deeper level, not just managing symptoms, but exploring the thinking, emotions and patterns that drive them, so real meaningful change can take place.


I believe that meaningful transformation comes from clarity and understanding, rather than pressure or force. My role is to help slow things down, create space for reflection, and support you to see what’s really happening beneath the surface.


My experience and approach.


I use my professional counselling qualifications to provide talking therapy, offering a safe, structured space to explore thoughts, emotions, relationships and lived experiences.


Alongside this, my understanding of neuroscience informs how I work with behaviour patterns, anxiety, stress and emotional responses, helping clients make sense of what is happening in their brain and nervous system and providing evidence based breathing and grounding techniques to support emotional regulation.


I also have training in hypnotherapy, which can support work with deeper patterns of the mind where appropriate, always guided by individual needs, readiness and comfort.

What makes my approach different?

My work goes beyond insight alone. While understanding is essential, lasting change happens when awareness is supported and translated into action.


I work in a reflective, structured, and collaborative way. Together, we explore the patterns that show up repeatedly in thoughts, emotions, and behaviour, look at where they developed, and understand what keeps them in place. From there, we focus on creating change in a way that feels manageable, intentional, and sustainable.


Rather than offering advice or quick fixes, I support you to develop clarity, self-trust, and psychological understanding so you can make empowered decisions long after therapy ends. The aim is not dependence on therapy, but the confidence and insight needed to move forward independently.

My work offers a structured therapeutic programme where we work closely together using guided exercises to support deeper understanding and clarity. These exercises help bring awareness to thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and responses as they show up in everyday life, not just within the therapy room.


The emphasis is on awareness and understanding, rather than judgement or self-criticism. The work involves slowing things down, observing with curiosity, and developing the clarity needed to understand why certain reactions or situations keep repeating. Once patterns become visible, both consciously and subconsciously — they become workable, and meaningful change becomes possible.

Who I help?

This can look like constant overthinking, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, people-pleasing, or repeating the same relationship dynamics despite wanting things to be different. Signature 6-Week Programme


My work is centred around a structured therapeutic programme that provides the consistency and depth needed for meaningful change over time.


This programme is designed for those who want focused, consistent support and are ready to engage in meaningful personal change.


We work closely together through regular online sessions and guided exercises that support pattern awareness, reflection, and clarity between sessions. This allows insight to develop gradually and be applied in everyday life in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.


Where appropriate, personalised hypnosis recordings are created to support deeper subconscious awareness and behavioural change, tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.


This structured approach provides:


  • Space to fully explore patterns and underlying causes.
  • Continuity and safety within the therapeutic relationship.
  • Support beyond the session through reflective practices.
  • Integration of insight into real-world behaviour.
  • A framework for lasting, meaningful change.


The signature 6-week Talk, Rewire & Transform Programme is £369 and has been designed as a complete therapeutic journey, offering consistency, depth and support both within and between sessions.


The programme includes:

  • Six 50-minute online therapy sessions which provide regular, focused space to explore thoughts, emotions, patterns and underlying causes, with continuity across the six weeks.
  • One personalised recorded hypnosis session which is created specifically for you, to support deeper subconscious awareness and behavioural change.  This recording is yours to keep and can be used between sessions to reinforce the work we do together.
  • Weekly reflection exercises to gently guide reflections to support insight, integration and real-world application between sessions, helping change develop gradually and sustainably.


Together, these elements create a structure and supportive framework that allows insight to deepen over time and be meaningfully integrated into everyday life.


Why I work through a programme rather than single sessions?


Meaningful therapeutic work benefits from time, continuity, and context. Working through a programme allows patterns to be understood properly, change to be supported safely, and progress to be sustained over time.


For this reason, I don’t offer one-off therapy sessions. My focus is on providing support that allows for depth, understanding, and real change, rather than short-term relief alone.
